City of Black Diamond Prop 1 Public Safety Levy - Vote YES

The renewal of this levy will ensure Black Diamond residents remain safe through police and fire protection. This is not a new tax, but the renewal of a retiring levy.


Currently, residents benefit from:

• Police and fire protection 24 hours / 7 days per week
• Rapid response time - 5 to 10 minutes for high priority calls within the city
• Police Marine Patrol on Lake Sawyer
• Personal relationships with police officers through DARE and K-9 programs
• A safe community to raise children
